Mooresville Mills, a recently announced joint venture development with Cherokee Investment Partners, is located in Mooresville, North Carolina. This $150 million mixed-use development will begin construction in mid-2007. The project master plan includes 300 residential units, over 250,000 SF of retail space and over 180,000 SF of corporate office space.
