City Plaza is located in downtown Rock Hill, South Carolina .
It is an historic adaptive reuse development project that was
completed in 1999. City Plaza is a complex of three buildings,
formerly Belks department store (built in 1929), Great
American Building (built in 1925), and the Kimbrells' building
(built in 1906).
The complex is now home to the following tenants:
